I found breathwork shortly after finding out I was pregnant following three miscarriages. During my very first session, I got the clearest message: my body is safe, my baby is safe. And something in me fully believed it. That mantra carried me through my pregnancy and helped me feel calm, grounded, and certain in a way I hadn’t before. Before my homebirth, I also did a HypnoBirth session that helped me stay deeply connected to the vision I had for my birth experience. Instead of operating from fear, I stayed rooted in trust, presence, and the belief that my body knew exactly what to do.

And eventually became something I was meant to share

This Started As Something Personal

A few months postpartum, I started diving deeper into this work through 1:1 coaching, and for the next two years breathwork helped me unravel limiting beliefs, conditioned stories, fears, and patterns I didn’t even realize I was carrying. What I loved most was that it forced me to create space to actually be with myself; no distractions, no noise, just me, my body, my thoughts, my visions, and my truth.

It taught me how to listen to myself again, trust what was coming through, and actually bring it to life. And it was in breath that I had the vision to facilitate this work for others. The more I experienced it, the more I realized this is what so many people are actually missing… space to hear themselves, trust themselves, and reconnect to who they really are underneath all the noise.
