In 2019, I was thriving on paper. I had a solid career as a Technical Program Manager, co-owned a CrossFit gym with my husband, and was just starting to explore cleaner ways of living. I tried Arbonne’s 30-Day program and immediately felt the shift, clearer, lighter, more energized, and became a loyal product client, not knowing it was the first breadcrumb on a much deeper path. Then the world cracked open.

When the pandemic hit, it shook me out of what I now see was a naïve existence. The mandates, the pressure to conform, and the shift in the workplace made one thing clear — I didn’t feel safe being fully myself there. It was jarring, but it changed everything. I realized we can’t keep living in ways that disconnect us from who we truly are. We have to remember who we came here to be — not who the world tells us to be. In 2022, someone asked if I’d ever considered the business side of Arbonne. I laughed it off at first, but something in me whispered just look.

This wasn’t the plan

But it became the path that changed everything

What I saw blew my mind, women building real income, deep community, and personal freedom, so I said yes. Within a year I promoted multiple times and fell in love, not just with the business, but with the growth it demanded of me. That growth wasn’t all pretty. This business didn’t just challenge me, it revealed me, bringing old patterns to the surface and showing me how much I had been pushing and proving. Motherhood ended that cycle. My body and my soul said enough, and I knew I had to do it my way, through my truth, with full permission to pivot and lead from lived experience. Now I build differently, I lead with conviction, and I support others in creating businesses and lives that actually feel like them.

I stopped overthinking and just said yes

And everything started to shift
